Matt is the founder of Magnetic North and the original spark behind our culture, values, and vision. With a background in Electrical Engineering, an MBA, and over two decades of experience in senior and executive leadership roles, Matt brings a rare mix of technical expertise, business strategy, and entrepreneurial grit to the table. Magnetic North is his third startup and by far his favorite. Driven by a desire to build something different, Matt created a place where great work and great people go hand in hand. He’s proud of the culture the team has built together: one rooted in transparency, trust, curiosity, and a healthy dose of fun.
