Although each individual account manager is responsible for their client work, we consistently bring new value to the account by having other team members join campaign meetings – or in an informal review of a task for quick feedback. We have an open work environment that allows this type of collaboration to thrive. The Magnetic North team knows that the key to curiosity is practice and asking questions. Outside of client work, we are always sharing new tips from a training event or a successful client campaign.
