Our client, located in Minnesota, sells marine solutions to commercial marinas and approached us as they were struggling to get both quality and quantity leads from their website. As a result of minimal lead gen, they were struggling to grow their business. We recognized that we could help the customer strategizing and implementing a number of our digital marketing services to help them grow their business.

After auditing their website, researching their industry, and talking to the client in depth about their goals, we kicked off their marketing plan by setting up and launching a Google Ads Search campaign. We researched the customer’s target audience and created ads that would appeal to them and what they were in the market for. As quickly as a week into the Google Ads campaign, we were able to get their brand in front of the right people who were submitting Request for Quote forms on their website.

In addition to setting up the Google Ads campaign, we wanted to make sure the website itself allowed for a great user experience. The biggest change we made was adding forms to their website. These forms allowed customers to contact the company easily, and as a result, they started getting 1-2 quality leads a day for their business. This was a significant improvement over their previous lead generation efforts, and it helped them grow their business quickly.

To help with customer retention and getting new business from previous customers, Magnetic North also helped them consistently create and send out 2 marketing emails per month to their current contact database. This allowed the company to stay in touch with its customers and keep them informed about new products and promotions. As a result, they were able to retain more customers and get new business.

The result of Magnetic North’s efforts was a 7x increase in quality lead generation for the client. They went from receiving 1-2 leads a week to 1-2 leads a day. This was a significant improvement over their previous efforts, and it helped them grow their business quickly. In addition, our digital marketing efforts also increased overall brand awareness for the company, which helped them attract even more customers.
